Chelsea, Bayern Munich and PSG all to win at thrilling 3/1

| 17.09.2014

Coral are offering a fantastic price of 3/1 for all of odds-on favourites in their respective Champions League group games Chelsea, Bayern Munich and PSG to win.

Jose Mourinho’s Blues host Schalke, his old nemesis Pep Guardiola leads his side out at home to Manchester City and the Parisian club travel to Ajax.

Chelsea v Schalke
These clubs have faced each other four times before, with the Premier League side winning three of them and drawing the other, all without conceding. Chelsea (7/1 to win this competition for a second time) are odds on at 1/3 for victory again, and evens to do so to nil.

The last two battles came last season, also in the Champions League group stage, and the Blues won them both 3-0. Back Jose Mourinho’s men at 7/1 to record that scoreline again.

Chelsea have certainly started life in the top flight this term in dominant fashion, with four victories out of four, largely thanks to new signing Diego Costa’s seven goals from those games. The Spain striker is odds-on at 8/11 to net anytime again, or 3/1 to get two or more.

Bayern Munich v Manchester City
Bundesliga champions Bayern face an out of sort Man City side that have failed to win in their last two Premier League fixtures. The German giants therefore go into this match at the Allianz Arena as odds-on 4/6 favourites to win.

This will be the duo’s fourth meeting in the last three years, with Munich being victors twice. Bayern (9/2 title second-favourites) won 3-1 away the last time they beat City, so back them at 12/1 to record that scoreline once more.

The likes of usual suspects Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben and Mario Gotze have all scored against the Manchester club before, and are 6/5, 5/4 and 7/4 respectively to net again anytime.

Ajax v PSG
Champions League 16/1 title chances PSG travel to Amsterdam for their first-ever meeting with Ajax, and are still 4/6 favourites to take the three points back home to Paris.

The Dutch team have failed to get beyond the group stage of this competition since 2005/06, while Laurent Blanc’s boys seem to be getting better and better, reaching the quarter-finals the last two terms.

Swedish superstar striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is of course the man to watch in this game, and he is odds-on at 10/11 to net anytime, and 4/1 to get two or more.
