Bet of the Day: Liverpool to breeze to victory at London Stadium

| 04.11.2017

Klopp’s men racking up the goals of late

Following Wednesday night’s commanding defeat of Maribor in the Champions League, Liverpool’s focus turns towards their push for a top-four Premier League spot.

The Reds visit a West Ham United side who have lost two of their last three home games – most recently a 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion. The Irons won’t welcome the arrival of Jurgen Klopp’s men, who won 4-0 here in May.

When the Merseyside club hit top gear, they’re unstoppable. Four of their last five wins have come by a margin of two goals or more. As for Slaven Bilic’s men, a staggering six of their last eight defeats have been by three or four goals.

That means Coral’s Bet of the Day for Saturday is Liverpool -1 at 13/8.

Attacking talents and defensive woes spell goals

Liverpool are the top Premier League scorers outside the top five, with 17 goals. And the Reds are fresh off the back of a Champions League double-header with Maribor which they’ve won by an aggregate of 10-0.

As for West Ham, they may be sitting in 16th spot, but goals haven’t been the problem. They’ve scored 12 times in seven games in all competitions, including five in their last two outings.

With the last two Head-to-Heads also producing five goals apiece, the Coral News Team like the look of Liverpool to Win and Over 3.5 Goals at 27/10.

Egyptian ace can get amongst the goals again

Mohamed Salah has proved one of the buys of the summer, with the 25-year-old continuing to go from strength to strength at Anfield.

He’s registered seven times in his last 10 outings for the Reds, as well as grabbing a vital double in Egypt’s World Cup Qualifying win over Congo last month. That’s included four goals in the club’s last five away games.

Salah to score anytime looks decent value at 5/4. However, the Coral News Team prefer the 4/1 for the former AS Roma ace to open the scoring for the second game in succession.
