Euro 2020 Qualifier Betting Tips: Wins on the way for France and Portugal?
Odds and preview for Monday’s qualifying fixtures
Euro 2020 qualification continues tonight, with seven fixtures taking place across the continent.
We’ve got a full preview of England’s trip to Montenegro here, but keep reading for the best of the action elsewhere. We begin in Turkey, who take on Moldova in the early kick-off…
Turkey v Moldova (5:00pm, Sky Sports Football)
After beating Albania last time out, Turkey are 2/11 favourites against side ranked 170th in the world by FIFA.
Portugal v Serbia (7:45pm, Sky Sports Football)
Euro 2016 winners Portugal will be looking to get their first win on the board after drawing with Ukraine on Friday. But Serbia are unbeaten in their last eight away games, winning five of them.
Our traders have Portugal at 4/7, though the Serbs are 11/8 to get a result in the Double Chance market.
Portugal have struggled for goals recently, hitting the back of the net just once in their last three games. They’ve also only conceded one goal during that period. There’s 9/4 about Portugal and Under 2.5 Goals.
But Luka Jovic has been a revelation at Frankfurt this term. The young striker is 10/3 to hit the back of the net for the visitors.
France v Iceland (7:45pm, Sky Sports Red Button)
France looked in the groove against Moldova, with Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann particularly impressive. The World Cup winners are clear 1/5 favourites against Iceland.
But Iceland did hold the French to a 2-2 friendly draw in October. And each of the last four meetings between these sides have seen both sides score and at least four goals. You can get France and Over 3.5 Goals for 33/20.
