League Two betting tips: Bantams relish a fight at County Ground
Preview and odds for a trio of Saturday’s games
There is a full programme of 12 games taking place England’s fourth tier on Saturday and we look at a selection of those in our League Two betting tips.
Swindon v Bradford
A turbulent summer in the boardroom is a distant memory for Swindon, who have established themselves near the top of League Two and sit third after 13 games.
First-half strikes from Louis Reed and Jonny Williams gave the Robins a 2-1 win at Sutton on Tuesday, extending their unbeaten run to six games.
They are 29/20 to beat Bradford at the County Ground in the League Two betting tips.
Swindon have won just one of the last five meetings (D1 L3) but are unbeaten in the last six encounters at the County Ground (W4 D2).
Their last meeting in Swindon resulted in a 1-1 draw and it is 11/5 the game ends in stalemate again.
Just two of the last 13 clashes resulted in an away win and it is 2/5 Swindon either win or draw in the Double Chance market.
Bradford are on the fringes of the play-off places, having won four of their 13 games, although they have drawn five more. They have not won in three and slipped to a 3-1 home defeat by Hartlepool on Tuesday.
The Bantams have picked up just five points from six away games and are 2/1 to beat Swindon, who have scored multiple goals in each of their last four league games.
It is 29/20 the Robins net two or more goals this time.

Exeter v Mansfield
No side in League Two comes close to matching Exeter’s number of drawn matches (eight in 13 games).
The Grecians are seventh in the table, seven points behind Forest Green, and yet have only managed to win four of their games.
The last of those came at Crawley on Tuesday.
Having gone a goal down, they took advantage of the 10-men Red Devils, who saw goalscorer Ashley Nadesan dismissed for simulation, his second caution, just before half-time.
Three second-half goals – including a belter from Matt Jay – gave the Grecians all three points with a 3-1 victory.
They had drawn their previous four games and that is available at 12/5 in the League Two betting tips.
Exeter are evens to beat Mansfield, who arrive here on the back of a 1-1 home draw with Port Vale.
That result left them fourth from bottom, having won just twice this term. They have drawn five games but are just three points ahead of bottom-club Scunthorpe.
Mansfield, who are 14/5 to win, have won two of the last nine clashes with the Grecians (D2 L5) but those wins came at St James Park and they have lost just one of their last four visits.
The Stags are 4/5 to win or draw the game.
Forest Green v Salford
Forest Green will hope to maintain their title challenge when they entertain Salford at The New Lawn.
Rovers are four points clear of the chasing pack and are 19/20 to beat a side who sit 15th in the table, having won just four of their 13 games thus far.
The hosts, held to a 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient on Tuesday, have tasted defeat just twice this term and are 19/20 to win.
Salford have won on their last two visits to Forest Green, including last season’s 2-0 victory.
They are 3/1 to win this time and come here on the back of a goalless home draw with Rochdale.
The draw is available at odds of 23/10.
