Darts Trader’s Tips: PDC Home Tour – Thursday 30th April
Odds and preview for tonight’s matches
Group 14 are up next as the PDC Home Tour continues tonight.
Chris Dobey, Ciaran Teehan, Ron Meulenkamp and Kai Fan Leung go head-to-head and our trader Edward Saunders has previewed the key match-ups.
The night’s opening match sees world number 21 Chris Dobey lock horns with Irishman Ciaran Teehan. Dobey, who is the 10/11 favourite to win overall on the night, is priced at just 2/9 to win the first match.
But 21-year-old Teehan may get off to a quick start and he can be backed at 11/5 to win the first leg.
Kai Fan Leung is a newcomer to the PDC circuit having won his tour card for the first time in January. ‘Fatbeauty’ and Meulenkamp can’t be separated by our traders, with both players priced at 5/6 to progress.
A close encounter is expected but the more experienced Dutchman can be backed to pip it 5-4 at 4/1.
The two top-ranked players of the evening meet at 21:00 and Dobey boasts a 4-2 winning head-to-head record against Meulenkamp.
He’s a 2/5 shot to make that 5-2 tonight, while he can also be backed at 11/4 to be the King of the Oche, which requires him to win the match, score the most 180s and get the highest checkout.
